ATTENTION!!! - SAPTAMI XVI NATIONAL QUALIFIERS

Congratulations to all those who are qualified to register for the national event of Saptami XVI. Best wishes for those who did not qualify for the finals this year. But please continue the learning and apply next year.

Those who are qualified to register for the finals be sure to follow the steps below.

To participate in Saptami XVI Nationals in Dallas on Nov 22, 23, 2025 –  

1. Login to your account in www.navyog.net and register for the events before it closes. Normal deadline is Nov 12, 2025 and late registration ends on Nov 15, 2025.  

2. Ensure that the name shown under My Contests for the events that you intend to register are correct. The member id for the participant is the member id shown under My Contests in the body of the page with list of categories that you registered for. 

3. Click here to download Declaration form. Print one for each category and complete and bring them with you to take part. This form is a must.  (Bring the form with you)

4. Click here and complete the age category form. This is important to place you in right age category. Please complete this form by Nov 15 2025 

5. DANCE PARTICIPANTS – Please note that details sent out via email communication # 1 regarding music format and media requirements. 

Basic rules for the finals. 

1. Please do not use books or notes to see while singing or playing.
2. Dance students must be in Dance costume
3. Music students must bring Shruthi Box or App.
4. All registrations must be completed on time to be included in the finals.
5. Please update age/grade information for all participants to be categorized in the right age group for the contests.
6. JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL AND BINDING.
